Strength Stretch Sound Bath is back! Join Vera and Caitlyn for 30 minutes of Strength Training, 30 minutes of Stretching, and 30 minutes of a restorative Sound Bath. We will have the entire gym to ourselves since the event is after hours. The strength training portion is for all levels. As a beginner, this is your chance to experience and learn what it’s like to workout in a gym in a low pressure environment. Our stretch and sound bath portion blends seemlessly together so be prepared to wind down from your workout and have an amazing night’s sleep.

The Peach Sculpt Party is your private, custom-designed fitness experience focused entirely on building and defining your glutes and core using targeted resistance training. This exclusive session is perfect for birthdays, bachelorette parties, and celebratory girls’ trips—no equipment needed from you!
The Workout (60 Minutes): You and your group will be guided through a fun, powerful, booty strength class, focusing on proper form and maximum glute activation using our high-quality resistance bands. All fitness levels are welcome.
The Essential Cool-Down (15 Minutes): A guided, restorative stretch session ensures proper muscle recovery, leaving you and your guests feeling strong, lengthened, and energized.
