Heels & Ballet Classes, Programs, Privates, and Birthday/Bachlorette Parties
Elara offers beginners a chance to experience dance through Ballet & Heels classes designed to build confidence and artistic expression.
Weekly Heels Classes A beginner-friendly heels dance class built around learning one short piece of choreography over a 3-week rotation. Each week we build on the same combo so you can really settle into the movement, get comfortable in your heels, and have fun with it. Chair work is incorporated from time to time. No experience necessary.
Heels (No Heels) Classes Same movement, different energy. This class explores the same choreography and style as our heels classes — just in socks. A great option if you're not ready for heels yet, want to focus purely on the movement, or simply prefer to dance flat. No experience necessary.
Heels Foundations A structured heels class designed to build confidence and technique from the ground up. Each session flows through a full warm-up and stretch, barre, across the floor, center work, and floorwork — giving you a well-rounded experience that challenges your body and sharpens your skills. Open to all levels.
Private & Pop-Up Events Looking for something special? I offer private heels experiences for bachelorette parties, girls' nights, small group gatherings, and custom collaborations. Pop-up themed classes are also announced throughout the year. Whether you're celebrating, exploring movement for the first time, or just want a unique experience with your people — let's make it happen.

Stretch Classes
We believe in accessibility for everyone by making our classes challenging at your own pace.
Stretch Class A full-body stretch class focused on finding your own alignment and lengthening into your stretch — taking up space rather than crunching inward. Each session is designed to help you develop greater body awareness, relieve tension especially in the lower back, and stay mentally present with yourself for the duration of class. Foam rolling, resistance bands, and manual massage are incorporated from time to time. Come as you are and take the time to reconnect with your body.

At The Elara Studio, personal training sessions are tailored to you — your goals, your starting point, your pace. All in-person sessions are held at Fitiquity Gym in Burbank. At-home sessions are available for clients who have their own equipment.

Beginner Heels Dance Class
7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
We focus on having fun and 1 piece of choreography every 3 weeks. Missed the 1st Round? No problem. We still learn it all over again the 2nd Round to develop our artistry and build conifdence through repitition and continue to feel good finalizing the 3rd round.
While dancing in heels is a beautiful way to enhance your grace and truly own your power, they are always encouraged, never required – just bring your desire to move and grow.
Class is within a gym so you can come into class without pre signing up. Register at the front desk for a day pass ($25/day) or if you plan for consistency a membership ($50/month). For class updates follow @theelarastudio_ on Instagram.

In Her Element is more than a chair dance class; it's a dedicated space for women to cultivate a profound connection with their bodies through intentional, expressive movement. In a calm, supportive, and non-performative atmosphere, we invite you to shed expectations and simply be present. This is not about dazzling an audience, but about a practice in returning to your own grace, grounded confidence, and nuanced power. Heels are optional.
