At 10:45 we will start our welcome circle and plan to have Breast Cancer Awareness at the forefront of our community engagement.
11:00-11:30 Mat Pilates with Carly
11:40-12:10 Stretch with Caitlyn
12:10-12:40 Sound Bath with Vera
12:40-1:00 Closing Statements and opportunity to buy flowers for yourself or for who you are doing this event for
