Join us for our School Planner Launch Party! As a Mother-Daughter Wellness Night, we will be offering an evening of relaxation in a space meant for women to take care of themselves. Come in your comfy clothes and enjoy a Sound Bath paired with a Gentle Stretch. Mothers and Daughters will be doing these activities separately as each group will have their turn in the Soul Studio to have a “Circle” that is private and can extend their conversations about what they are experiencing as either a mother of a young woman or their experience being a young woman in society today. Even though this a a School Planner Launch event, the goal is to bring cycle awareness into their everyday lives to truly understand how knowledge about our own bodies can be a powerful tool in their day to day life.

Tickets are on sale for $30 (that’s the price for you AND your daughter! If your daughter wants to bring a friend or you have more than one daughter $5 per added young woman.

4:30PM - Doors Open and you are welcome to enjoy refreshments, explore the Circle, and find some spa night goodies in the bathroom

5:00PM - Event offically starts!

6:00PM - End Time
