Elara will be a part of The Circle’s Spring Renewal Retreat. We will be holding a session for education on strength training. It is important to Elara that women of all ages know where to start when it comes to resistance training to prevent injury and maintain muscle & bone density. You’ll go home with a free guest pass to Fitqiuity Gym and a workout plan to go with it! At this retreat, there will be sessions on manual massage ball therapy, nutrition for your hormonal changes, and beginner yoga for balance. Join us April 26th from 9AM to 4PM (Lunch Included)!
