A Mother-Daughter Wellness Night — an evening carved out just for women to slow down, reconnect, and take care of themselves.
Come in your comfiest clothes for a night of Sound Bath and Gentle Stretch, designed to help you unwind together. Throughout the evening, mothers and daughters will each have their own time in the Soul Studio — moms gathering with moms, and daughters gathering with daughters — for an intimate Circle conversation among their peers. It's a space to speak openly: for moms, about the experience of raising a daughter into womanhood; for daughters, about what it's really like navigating girlhood in today's world.
And while this is, at its heart, a school planner launch — the real goal runs deeper. We want to bring cycle awareness into everyday life, because understanding your own body is one of the most powerful tools you can carry with you, at any age.
Tickets are on sale for $30 (that’s the price for you AND your daughter! If your daughter wants to bring a friend or you have more than one daughter $5 per added young woman.
4:30PM - Doors Open and you are welcome to enjoy refreshments, explore the Circle, and find some spa night goodies in the bathroom
5:00PM - Event offically starts!
